I have been waiting since December for the Farmer’s Market to open again. Today was the day. Very cold and very rainy – but lots of people and goodies! There were a couple of new vendors that I am looking forward to checking out in the months to come.
Because of the weather, I did a quick perusal of all the booths, chatted with some friends, and bought the Brussels sprouts that I had spotted at the very first veg booth. On the menu tonight: attempting to recreate The Copper Hog’s Brussels sprouts dish. More on that later.
